so

so my ibm thinkpad battery life has decreased significantly since i got it about a year ago. it's a 9-cell lithium ion battery, so it's supposed to have extended, usually around 4.5 hours. however, now it's more like 3 hours. i read recently about the ipod battery that people who scarely use it should nonetheless put it through at least one life/charge cycle a month to keep the chemical things moving and lasting. tonight is the first time i'm giving my thinkpad battery a "life/charge" cycle in over a lot of/too many than is good for my laptop months. wow. in other news, hmm. as my ex-gf used to say, i got nothin'.

close game

phew, just beat my 11-year-old neighbor named jack in a close game of horse. i was crushing him at first, up H-O-R-S to nothing, but then he started making shots and i lost focus and soon it was tied up. but at that point i was calling the shots and on my third attempt, i chose one of my fortes - the free throw shot, (the sun was also shining through the trees making it an extra safe shot for me to win the game right then and there), needless to say, i made the shot, and he missed. talk about a close game.

shit, it's late

seems to be the story of my life for the past few months. something's not right. something's always not right. there's a lot of things i'll be needing to get in order, like now. oh yeah, watched a conan re-run last night, it was hilarious nonetheless...the best part was a series of "guest appearances" on that drop down screen that freezes the guest celebrity except for the mouth - needless to say, arnold was the last guest was freakin' hilarious hahaha, laughing just thinking about it...but the show was good too, adam sandler was on and it ended with some ping-pong champ kid, they actually had a table set up, oh yeah, conan isn't too great of a host, despite his awesome personality. not that that's news or anything.

watched matrix: revolutions tonight for the first time and now understand why i put off watching it for so long. goodness.

first of september. hmph. shit, it's late.
