ridiculouscisms
i'm often at a loss for words these days. it seems quite difficult to convey in words many of my thoughts. anyhoo, here's some observations:
1) a quite offensive "tofu blows" segment on what apparently is another awesome FOX production: some late night show with scott feretsen. essentially it was one of those tangential skits that for a few minutes straight consisted of a very american man feigning to conduct interviews for his talk show. he pretty much just walked around to everyone at this tofu festival/fair and made fun of how disgusting tofu is, especially it being a byproduct of soybean fermentation. the end really put a nice cap to this ridiculous programming - he said something along the lines of "i love chinatown, i'm going to watch this bootlegged dvd and smoke some opium."
2) during The Eraser, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, which was aired over TBS (many movies of which i actually enjoy very much despite, or perhaps because of, the unnecessarily longer viewing due to commericals), contained a scene midway through the movie in which some "bad guys" were attempting to get inside the building. the scene: shot from inside, two men pushing on the door, the camera angle also revealing that in fact the doors open outwards - there were push bars on the inside of the doors, meaning that the "bad guys" should have tried pulling on the doors.
3) i can't remember the other thing i was going to write about.
